A sprint in Agile Development Methodology is a set of period that is promised to conduct a piece of a specified work so that it will not get interrupted by other work in order to be done on time for review.

We have divided the work into different pieces, marked by different colours as different groups. The pieces then are attached to the board so every team members know the current status of the progress. If a piece of work is finished then the corresponding note is moved to the column – completed or if any unforeseen difficulties has delayed/blocked the progress then it will be moved to column ‘blocked’ so that actions are taken.
