It happens to me quite often that when I was trying to update plugins in WordPress, the website enters the maintenance mode and the webpage looks like this:
This page will be updated with message “plugin reactivated” and your wordpress will be back to normal, however, sometimes, it kinda gets stuck in this page and your wordpress is still at maintenance model,
The quickest solution to disable the maintenance model is to delete the file .maintenance which is located at your wordpress site root directory.
