Fasthosts Disable My website because WordPress sending too many emails due to spam comments

One of my blog is based on WordPress and recently it keeps getting spam comments very frequently. The WordPress detects them and blocks them (move them into awaiting moderation queue), and sends me one email for each spam comments.

Therefore, my inbox is getting a lot of emails and soon, such emails are identified as spam emails by google mail.

My site was disabled without any prior notice (fasthosts always does that, I hate it), they send me an email.

One solution to this is to login to wordpress admin page, go to General -> Settings -> Discussion, and untick the following two options:

Besides, it is recommended to install anti-spam-comment plugins, you can easily search for them in wordpress admin page.
