htpasswd File Generator for Apache httpd
This is a handy htpasswd file generator for Apache2 httpd server.
The content of htpasswd stores the encrypted username and password, which is a plain text file. If htpasswd cannot access this file, it will report an error code without further actions. The default encryption method is MD5 on Windows, Netware and TPF.
The SHA is used for LDAP Directory Interchange Format (ldif). Complete the fields of 'Username' and 'Password' below, click the highlighted button and the result string will be ready. This is a handy tool for Network Administrator especially if you don't have such a tool when you need it.
