Delphi Compilers are well known for their lighting-fast compiling speed. However the IDE kinda sucks (Visual studio is far better).
The rough compiling speed on Delphi 2007 is 160K lines per second. (Please note, no warnings at all!)
This speed is amazing, it allows you to debug your application nearly on the fly, unlike Visual Studio that takes quite long time to build a project of the similar size.
Can you beat mine? 🙂
